Presentation – Employee pitch. Started with helping out a teammate in automation for epics - Digital First and Audit UI Redesign. Completed 2 epics (Quick Reply & Outbound email campaign) on my own, where we were facing issues respect to the set up. Resolved it by co-ordinating with multiple QA and DEV teams. For Quick Reply epic – have integrated our Framework with Amazon LEX BOT and resolved the issues we got by reaching out to different QA and DEV teams. Owing and maintaining the stability of the Pipeline and handling the PURECM’s coming along by collaborating with the team. Being the new member in the team, I have prepared on-boarding training plan and handled few sessions for the new joiner. Addressed gaps in the on-boarding sessions for the new member. Identifying and Resolving consistent pipeline issues by reaching out to the respective teams ( Postino , Web Messaging ) and get it done. Proposed ideas to test tickets via automation and manual. For a long pending Automation ticket, have proposed the solution to the technical lead and implemented the same after getting confirmation. Won ‘All Star Award’ for Completing the first 2 epics on my own by co-ordinating with different teams across different time zones..
