PROJECT IMPACT. PRO13 tops nationwide Crime Solution Efficiency in the month of January 2019 with a rating of 87.34%, out of 1359 total crime volume, 236 were index crimes and 1034 were non–index crimes, 1187 were total crimes solved by the police units, followed by PRO11 with a rating of 85.39% and third is PRO1 with a rating of 84.46%. For the Month of February 2019, PRO13 topped the Crime Solution Efficiency with a rating of 89.32%, seconded by NCRPO with a rating of 88.35% and third is PRO11 with a rating of 86.99%. Out of 721 total crime volumes, 114 of this were index crimes, 570 were non-index crimes and 644 total crimes solved..
