STRENGTHS:. By using time assessment management tool, I determined that I have strong time management skill. I have assertiveness communication style which help me to get competitive advantage in each field. My another weakness which I determined is test anxiety. Test anxiety hinder performance in exams, leading to lower grades despite adequate preparation.
