AxeGUI Graphical User Interface

[Audio] AxeGUI provides a graphical user interface to make changes to the Axe Credit Portal application quickly and easily. It has a set of graphical components such as screens tabs grids pop-ons and fieldsets which can be accessed with the login information given by the system administrator. AxeGUI is also a low-code tool that enables to create update or delete screens tabs fieldsets and pop-ons. This ensures your application remains up-to-date and optimally utilises the Axe Credit Portal.. 

Scene 2

The business and technical administrators can, through the tool GUI Designer, make changes/add fields or sections in the application Axe Credit Portal. AxeGUI is web-based interface organized in a set of graphical components (screens, tabs, grids… etc.), conveying relevant information to the user and allowing him/her to take actions and manipulate these items

AxeGUI is a graphical user interface low-code tool, that allows the user to communicate with the computer using graphical symbols to create, update, or delete screen/tab/field and it details.

Using the username, password and the application server address details that are provided by the system administrator, the user can login into GUI

The icon on the G-U-I home screen allows you to add screens such as wizards input screens simulation screens home pages and global searches with a few clicks. [Audio] At MC Corporate's "LOS Basic Administration Training: AxeGUI Graphical User Interface" we look at the ability to customize the screen through several options. The "Edit Screen" option allows users to make changes to labels and workflow modes. Through the "Buttons" option users can configure buttons to manage workflow lifecycles sign documents and view element history. The "Summary" option allows information to be customized via the application's toolbox and displayed in a certain party's summary. The "Custom EH" option is used for validating and checking inputted information. The "Delete" and "Duplicate" options enable users to delete or duplicate the screen. The "Export Excel" option exports components and details of the screen to an Excel file. Through the "Versioning" option modifications made to components can be viewed. Lastly the "Warning Message" option allows users to add or delete warning messages..

The screen can be customized using the following options:

Edit Screen: It provides users with the ability to modify various aspects of a screen, including the screen label, screen reference, workflow mode, and, if necessary, the workflows to be used.  Buttons: Allows the user to configure buttons for saving, updating, managing workflow lifecycles, signing documents, and displaying element history. Summary: Used to display information summary of a certain party, and can modify the look of it through the toolbox provided by the application. Custom EH: Custom Error Handling is used to validate and check on the inserted information in The  screen by the user.  Delete: Delete the screen Duplicate: Duplicate the screen instead of creating a new one from scratch Export Excel: Exports the screen components with its details (data mapping, labeling, etc) to an excel file. Versioning: to see the modifications done on certain components (path, modified by, the date/time, modification details) Warning Message: add or delete warning messages.

[Audio] A GUI home screen offers a variety of tools to aid navigation and usage of multiple options. In the top left-hand corner the Toolbox tab allows users access to features such as Fields Reports Charts Containers and Row Panel Grids. Through this comprehensive set of tools users can customize and control their environment with ease..

After dragging and dropping a grid you can easily add a field to the grid configuring the grid properties. You can also define the data source properties and model mapping to modify the grid display properties. Additionally you can define other grids properties and custom error handlers that enable data to be checked and validated for insertion modification or deletion. To keep data up-to-date you can also select a component to be automatically refreshed in the grid..

[Audio] MC Corporate's LOS Basic Administration Training system has an intuitive graphical user interface called AxeGUI. One of the handy features of the system is the quick search entry. With it you can easily identify and locate the component you're searching for by typing in the display name. The search results will be displayed in a separate pop up where each component is conveniently presented with four attributes: type component display parent type and parent display. To access the component simply click open item or click close to view and modify the information..

As a search output for the search entry, the system will display a new pop up for the result components. 
 1- Each component will be displayed under four attributes: Type Component Display Parent Type (type of the parent component) Parent display (Label of the parent component)
 2- The user can access the component by clicking on the open item
 3- The user clicks close to see and modify the aforementioned

On top hand corner of AXE  GUI home page, the user can access the global settingsallowing him/her to control/modify the following areas: Popon: modify the popons of ACP Axe Credit Portal on GUI  Chat: customize the chat options  Shared Queries: create, modify and simulate shared queries  Notifications: customize ACP messages Label: customize display related to ACP texts, buttons and tooltips ... Global: modify and save global options Toolbar: modify the toolbar properties to his preferences Workflow: modify the workflow grid properties to his preferences Workflow LC: modify the workflow life cycle grid properties to his preferences Backup Files: store a copy of your GUI configuration Translate Displays: translate a specific screen  Git Dashboard: see the modifications done on certain components Translate File: translate all GUI component CEH Messages: modify the grid and the grid property of the custom error handling multi messages

[Audio] The Notification section within the AxeGUI Graphical User Interface allows users to customize the displayed message type and configuration for A-C-P according to their individual preferences. This area gives administrators the ability to set notifications warnings and errors for business logical and technical rules in various languages..

The GUI user can set the display and type of the ACP message according to its preference using the Notification section. The administrator can configure here the info, warning, or the error message (in different languages) that will be used for business/logical/technical rules.
