This includes avoiding conflicts of interest, maintaining confidentiality, and reporting any financial irregularities or other misconduct. We ensure equal opportunities for all stakeholders, respect privacy, and promote a safe and healthy work environment. Additionally, we adhere to laws and regulations, avoid bribery and corruption, and maintain the integrity of our information and company assets. By following this Code, we demonstrate our commitment to being a responsible and trustworthy organization..
[Audio] The objective of this policy is to create a healthy working environment where employees can work with dignity and equal opportunity, free from fear of prejudice, gender bias, and sexual harassment. This policy applies to all atomites who are required to comply with it, effective as of 27th September 2021, superseding any previous policy. The aggrieved person, witnesses, and supporters will not be penalized for reporting incidents of sexual harassment. Confidentiality is maintained throughout the inquiry process, and general guidelines have been established to ensure protection against retaliation. Annual reporting is also an integral part of this policy, allowing for transparency and accountability..
[Audio] The whistleblower policy provides a mechanism for atomites to raise concerns about acts or omissions that may be illegal, violating company policies, or falling short of established standards. These concerns can include instances of suspected fraud, improper conduct, or unethical behavior. By providing these outlets, we ensure that atomites have a route to report policy violations and receive feedback on any actions taken..
[Audio] As Atomites progress in their careers and personal lives, we want to acknowledge these milestones and show our appreciation. Our milestone celebrations policy recognizes significant events such as marriage, service anniversaries, birth of a child, and farewells. When completing five or ten years of service, Atomites will receive a gift hamper and a framed certificate. Gift points worth ₹ 5000/ will be given to Atomites who get married. Birthdays within each department will be celebrated on the last day of every month, granting a day off. These gestures aim to strengthen our bond and create lasting memories..

The types of teams eligible under this policy include departmental teams, sub-departmental teams, and designation-wise teams, such as the Sales Team. The policy allows for one-day trips without stay with expenses capped at ₹ 5000 per Atomite, and one-night stay trips with expenses capped at ₹ 10000 per Atomite. These outings can be organized only once in a financial year, and for the Sales Team, they should be arranged zone-wise..

This policy applies to all teams within the organization, including departmental teams, sub-departments, and designation-wise teams. Team lunches or dinners can be organized only twice a year, allowing us to prioritize these events and make them more meaningful..

The admin team will book our travel arrangements. For household relocation, we will use a standard agency and submit at least three quotations. The total expense should not exceed INR 50000 inclusive of tax. We will also make hotel and lodging bookings through Atomberg, but these will be limited to a maximum period of one week. The limits for local travel reimbursement will vary according to the applicable travel policy, and actual costs will be reimbursed for Uber Go, Ola Mini, or auto travel..

Eligible employees can receive an advance of up to one month's net salary, which can be issued only once a year. The repayment process involves deducting the amount in three equal installments starting from the next month..
[Audio] When traveling outside the base location, we have a comprehensive travel policy in place to ensure that our atomites are reimbursed for their out-of-pocket expenses. This policy applies to all atomites except those in the Sales Function and Senior Managers & Core Team members. We provide three types of allowances: Travel Allowance, Food Allowance, and Stay Allowance. The type of travel mode depends on the total distance traveled. For distances under 250 kilometers, public transportation such as Volvo buses or rental cabs are used. For longer distances, we use third-class air-conditioned train travel or flights. For local travel within the city outside the base location, we use services like Uber and Ola or rental cabs. Additionally, those who own personal vehicles are reimbursed at a rate of five rupees per kilometer for two-wheelers and ten rupees per kilometer for four-wheelers..
