[Audio] DM Wenceslao and Associates, Incorporated is one of the largest publicly listed integrated property developer with expertise in land reclamation, construction and real estate development. Through its subsidiaries, Aseana Residential Holdings Corp, and Aseana Holdings, Inc., it has evolved to building residential and commercial projects into its core business. We started our humble beginnings 55 years ago as a construction company. We're one of the few construction companies with a quadruple A license in the country, having developed more than 140 projects including 27 large-scale government projects such as ports, bridges, highways and land reclamation. With an active growth mindset, we have grown our portfolio to include 3 residential condos, 13 commercial buildings and with Aseana City, we have one of the largest contiguous set of prime lots in Metro Manila. This rounds us up with about 76 hectares of premium landbank throughout the country. Currently, we have built around 60,000 sqm in residential floor area and almost 90,000 square meters in commercial floor area. As a publicly listed company, we are valued at 29.7 Billion pesos and posting about 2 billion pesos in net profit in 2020-the year when we first went public..

[Audio] A quick look at our history would show several construction milestones in the early years of the company. Most of these were government infrastructure projects such as ports, bridges and highways. In 1989, the company was able to acquire the contract to reclaim 204 hectares in the Manila Bay area, the same project that paved the way for the company's flagship mixed-use community, Aseana City. In ten years' time, most of the reclamation works have been substantially completed, which in 2003, allowed us to land our first land lease contract, with S&R and signified our ascent to the real estate industry. In 2004, we completed our first commercial development, Aseana Powerstation. In 2012, we saw our first full scale BPO office development, which set off our trajectory to being a full range developer. Since the developments in Aseana City have caught up with the increasing demand in the Bay Area, with our second office completed in 2014, while the integrated resort casino, City of Dreams and Ayala Mall's Manila Bay- Ayala's biggest mall development, broke ground in 2015. 2016 saw our first foray into residential development with Pixel Residences. A year later, Pixel Residences had been fully sold out, as we also saw the completion of another commercial development, Aseana Square, and our third office bldg., Aseana 3. These developments altogether poised us for our IPO in 2018. That same year, we launched MidPark Towers, our 2nd residential project as we broke ground for 8912 Asean Ave, our biggest office development to date. In 2019, we set our presence in the Makati CBD with 58 Jupiter's groundbreaking. Further, we launched Aseana City's centerpiece, Parqal, a public space-oriented mixed-use development sprawling over 5 hectares of low-density premium retail and office spaces..

[Audio] As an integrated property developer, our development program is anchored in these 5 pillars: Construction, Land Reclamation, Land Sales and leasing, Property Development and Commercial Building Leasing. We are one of about 20 construction companies who have the highest quadruple A license and has established the scale and resources for large scale developments. We also have more than 50 years of good track record in infrastructure and land reclamation, having reclaimed more than 2.4 million sqm of land to date. As the owner and developer of Aseana City, we have one of the largest contiguous land holdings in Metro Manila, with about 58 hectares of prime land along the Manila Bay locale. We also have numerous residential and commercial development with about 85,000 sqm of saleable and 290,000 sqm of leasable area to be developed in the next 2 years. Lastly, we have about 90,000 sqm of leasable floor area with unparalleled occupancy of about 100%..

[Audio] Aseana City is part of the ' Bay City' the government's massive reclamation program that stretches from Manila to Paranaque. The first developments started in the Manila/ Pasay vicinity on the left portion of the map, which is where the CCP complex and the Sofitel Manila are currently located. It was followed by the Asiaworld reclamation at the rightmost portion, around the Paranaque/ Las Pinas vicinity, where most of the earlier residential projects are standing. Followed by the Mall Of Asia complex at center-left, primarily zoned for commercial developments in the Pasay Vicinity, and lastly, the reclamation project that was undertaken by the company which gave rise to the Entertainment City and Aseana City, highlighted in green..

To the left/ north is the MOA complex that houses large-scale MICE facilities such as the MOA arena, SMX and various hotels. Meanwhile, on our right are the three biggest integrated resorts, hotels and casinos in Okada, City of Dreams and Solaire, as well as our immediate connection to NAIAx that positions us 5mins away from the airport, and less than 20 mins away from other key CBDs, Makati, BGC and Alabang via the skyway. This allows us to enjoy all the domestic and international trade and tourism traffic that come from either side. It also gives us the opportunity to cater to various lifestyles and product formats hence, our full-range developments from residential, retail, office and civic spaces..

[Audio] From over 2 million square meters of planned development, around 50% is already built, mostly from offices, and retail developments. Around 60 hectares of premium space is currently being built, half of which are residential developments, while another 30 hectares are currently in the pipeline which are equally shared by Residential and Commercial Developments. Overall, we'll see a fairly balanced mix of projects that range from residential, office, retail, hotels and institutional uses..
