Welcome to Annual Membership Meeting of the Amisa Private Residences Condominium Corporation. [Audio] To start, Amisa Private Residences is a high-rise residential condominium primarily inspired by the Australian Gold Cost architectural design. It was developed by Robinsons Land Corporation which is located at Punta Engano, Lapu-lapu City. Next slide please ​.

[Audio] Upon entering at the main entrance there you can see the landscape areas, the reception and the lobby and as well as the elevators of the respective towers A, B &C. Next slide please.

[Audio] The amenities include: the kiddie and adult pool and the Gazebo.

[Audio] These 5 amenities are all located in the ground floor: 1. A great option for kids to enjoy their time at the game room or at the playground 2. A mini theatre that is a great place for family to enjoy and relax while watching movie or sing thru our karaoke system. 3. The gym is specifically located at the clubhouse where you can have your fitness workout with a scenic view of the pool area. 4. A great option to have an exercise while having fun is by playing at the tennis court together with your families and friends.
