[Audio] Company History & Profile AMG 1 Marine and Safety Services is a service-oriented company which provides " Safe, Reliable, & Quality Services" to every need of our customers. It started back on December of 2020 Our Company provides Marine Services such as IHM Inspections and Sampling, Scaffolding Services, and onboard IT Infrastructure set-up & configurations to satisfy the expectations of our customers. We also provide Management System Consultancy and Training services (face to face & Online)..

That everyone is made aware of the emergency procedures. That everyone is made aware of the location of emergency equipment and exits. That sufficient information is provided to carryout your work safely That everyone is provided with sufficient information to settle into their new role. [Audio] AMG1 HSEQ Policy Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Policy It is the policy of AMG1 to conduct all business activities in a responsible manner, which assures the health, and safety of people, preservation of the environment, quality of the services and compliance with all applicable health, safety, environmental, legal, quality and regulatory requirements in countries where we operate. To achieve this business ethic and culture, we utilize Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality Management Systems (HSEQMS) that are designed to: Promote Leadership commitment to improve HSEQ culture, prevent injuries, ill health and adverse impacts on the environment; Provide a framework that will comply with client requirements; Assign clear roles and responsibilities regarding HSEQ, including the right to STOP WORK where conditions or practices are deemed unsafe; Identify, analyze and effectively manage all risks arising from AMG1 activities; Continually monitor and improve our systems (HSEQ-MS), culture and performance, including reducing and preventing pollution, through an on-going review of our objectives, targets, metrics, system gaps, and implementation of proper corrective and preventative actions (CAPA). These will be the guiding principles in our execution philosophy, procedures and commercial agreements. This policy is applicable to AMG1 and their subcontractors, as appropriate..

[Audio] Emergency Procedures In the case of an emergency all personnel are required to: Leave the building calmly & orderly following the exit routes Proceed to Muster point outside the Building. Follow the Muster area in the picture. Personnel are to remain at the muster point till directed to return to the building by the Fire Warden..

[Audio] Incident Reporting Incidents Report all Safety, Environmental, Health and Security incidents directly to your supervisor. It is the responsibility of all employees & contractors to report all incidents. All incident shall be reported to your supervisor or company representative. A Notification Of Incident (NOI) will be raised in in accordance with the AMG1 investigation procedure. The supervisor will ensure that the incident is investigated and assign appropriate corrective actions are issued.

[Audio] Company Policies Right to STOP Work Policy (Risk of injury to persons or equipment damage due to an un-safe situation or impact to the environment) All personnel working with this AMG1, are empowered with the responsibility, to STOP the job for SAFETY , if, in your opinion, you feel either you or other persons are at risk of injury or there is potential to impact negatively on the environment due to an unsafe situation developing. Note: Your supervisor and person in charge must be immediately notified if such a situation either, is developing or develops, without your supervisor's knowledge. This is NOT to be used as an "excuse" not to perform an activity OTHER than the task being considered UN-SAFE to proceed..

[Audio] Company Policies Smoking Policy The key elements of the policy to be adopted on AMG1 office are: Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area (the smoking area is located in the accommodation on the upper deck starboard side) Smoking stops in the smoking room during any emergency alarm, or power outages. Smoking is not permitted in any other public areas, work spaces or on deck. Smoking in office is not permitted Lighters and matches etc are not permitted outside the smoking room..

[Audio] Company Policies Drug and Alcohol Policy This Drug and Alcohol policy applies at the workplace, to all team members which includes visitors and subcontractors: 1. AMG1 wants to impress upon all team members that it has a ZERO TOLERANCE for team members who arrive at work under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and/or whose ability to work is impaired in any way by reason of the consumption of alcohol or drugs, or who consume alcohol or drugs on Company property. ANY GUILTY PARTY WILL HAVE THEIR CONTRACT TERMINATED. [ NB: Work period starts from the time personnel commence travel to work from the point of mobilization until personnel arrive at the point of demobilization after the work period] 2. All individuals working with the company, are expected to report FIT FOR DUTY for scheduled work and be able to perform assigned duties safely and acceptably without any limitations due to the use or after-effects of alcohol, illicit drugs, non-prescription drugs, or prescribed medications or any other substance. 3. Everyone will agree to and sign the Drug and Alcohol declaration prior to commencement of contract..

AMG1 directors, officers, or employees at any level or any contractors, vendors, or anyone else acting on behalf of AMG1 may not knowingly offer, promise, make or authorize payment of money or Anything of Value, either directly or indirectly, to or for the benefit of not only any Public Official but any person, with the intention of corruptly influencing such person to obtain or retain business or secure an improper business advantage. Prohibition against requesting or receiving bribes Likewise, requesting or receiving bribes is strictly prohibited. AMG1 directors, officers, or employees at any level or any contractors, vendors, or anyone else acting on AMG1's behalf may not request, agree to receive, or accept money or Anything of Value to perform any part of their job duties, award contracts, or otherwise cause AMG1 to carry out its business functions..

[Audio] Compliance, Business Ethics, and Conduct Prohibits making facilitation payments AMG1 prohibits the payment of any "Facilitating Payments." "Facilitating Payments" or "grease payments" are unofficial (that is, not required by law) payments to lower level Public Officials to expedite or secure the performance of certain governmental administrative actions, for example, expediting the issuing of visas, permits, licenses or other government documents, obtaining official stamps or signatures on a document, or expediting movement of equipment, goods or persons to clear customs or leave the country. Prohibition against bribery by third parties AMG1 may be liable for corrupt activities of third parties, including Intermediaries and Business Partners, if they are acting on AMG1's behalf, even if AMG1 is not directly aware of such activities.
