Solar installed the Solar PV Rooftop system at DB Schenker’s DWC facility and commissioned it concurrently with the building completion. The Solar PV system is composed of 6,840 high-efficiency 72-cell solar modules and other proprietary components expected to generate over 85,000 MWh throughout its lifetime. The installation covers up to 95% of the total facility’s required energy whilst offsetting 2,600 Tons of CO2 each year helping DB Schenker get closer to achieving their sustainability goals.
