But the Alumni Association is here to keep you connected. How? As a Batangas State University graduate, you are automatically a member of the Alumni Association! Your membership will help you stay connected and will let you take advantage of benefits to enjoy. The Alumni Association aims to strengthen the connections between alumni and their alma mater..

[Audio] The primary function of the Alumni Affairs Office ( AAO) is to develop an environment that fosters continuous commitment among students and alumni as well as to provide technical assistance to the alumni association..

[Audio] The Office assists the development and implementation of programs and events of the alumni association and its different chapters. The Office of Alumni Affairs is responsible for facilitating ang organizing class reunions and meetings, extension services, generous donations and fund-raising of the organizations, lead the inductions of graduates to Alumni Association, follow-up on the graduates' employment with Graduate Tracer Survey and create alumni publications annually in aid of alumni activites. Add to this other activites that will be of great help to the university and the community through the Association. Conduct the annual grand alumni night in order to foster potential internships and mentors..

[Audio] As one of the arms of BatstateU, we are to embrace it like how it embraces us and protect its name to help it continue its mission as a State University. It is said that we should look back to what helped us become who we are. For this, we are responsible to help our alumni remember their way home, and Alma Mater is their home. One of our main tasks is to keep our alumni connected to the university, moreove, to their co-alumni. Contacting them for activities and gatherings are one way to make them remember their Alma Mater..

[Audio] We help in finding a job that suits an individual and his chose career. It is our goal to help graduating students as they kickstart their way to the wider world they'r about to explore. Our Alumni help us tell the reliability of the company. Therefore, placing a student in such companies help us feel confident and the students, secured of the quality of training they will get. We aim to motivate everyone by conducting seminars, disseminating information and even opportunities. This is giving an individual ideas for critical thinking related to their field of specialization..

[Audio] We help promote the programs of the school and our best tool are the experiences and achievements of our alumni. We are expected not only to invite students to enroll, but show them outputs and let them see their future selves in our alumni. It is our duty to inform graduating students about the benefits which could help them as they get ready to step out the horizons of their student lives. Also, we engage them in programs to futher get experiences, even connection to the industry. We help connect not only our university but also, our students to people they can trust in their chosen fields. This relationship could help students get ready on what they will be facing, and give them a wider choice of jobs they can apply to..

[Audio] In the modern world, we use the provided technology to keep in touch with our alumni and provide them easier access to information about out office and the university and easily contact them for future activities. Through the help of our alumni, we work to have a budget for special projects and events. These events of course, are conducted for the alumni and students in to the alumni group. With the goal to keep alumni connected to each other and to the university. We organize reunions that could make them take a quick break from their professional lives. These get-togethers are like invitation to come back and visit home, Batangas State University..

[Audio] We encourage alumni of whatever they can give for us to provide to students in need, quality research and university development. All these are aimed to help keep the goals of BatstateU going, especially in improving its services, this part and time, with the help of alumni. We help students as they are thinking about their future. For this, we promote to them the alumni community to have a chance to seek for knowledge and information about the future in their programs. This helps them visualize their own future, making them more motivated.

[Audio] We are also reminding every Graduating Student to fill up the Alumni Forms so that we can have a database of alumni per year. The links shall be posted on the chat box for your prompt response. Another forms that the university wants to request from you , as Alumni , is the graduate tracer study which your departments, colleges and alumni coordinator will be sending to alumni in the future for an update regarding your chosen careers. This is the university's mechanism to study the performance of graduates in the job market upon degree completion. In addition, this survey is also used to gather information on graduates' perspectives on their academic programs, facilities and the impact of the teaching and learning processes in the university. This study will also help the university to improve the quality of the services offered and to enhance the national education system in general.
