Is there a significant relationship between leadership competencies of school heads and the extent of parent-teachers association’s involvement in school infrastructure development in public elementary schools of Victoria District? The level of leadership competencies of school heads had significant relationship with the PTA’s extent of involvement in school infrastructure development. The leadership competencies of the school heads are associated with the PTA’s involvement in school infrastructure development.

RECOMMENDATIONS. Based from the results of the study, the following recommendations are drawn..

RECOMMENDATIONS. 3. It is advisable for schools to invest in the ongoing development of leadership competencies among their leaders. This could be achieved through training, mentorship programs, and access to resources that promote effective leadership in the context of school improvement and community engagement. 4. The study's findings, which emphasize the importance of leadership competencies and their impact on PTA involvement, should be integrated into the proposed capacity-building plan. The plan should be informed by these findings, focusing on enhancing leadership competencies, promoting innovation, and fostering collaboration with the PTA. Regular assessments should be conducted to ensure that the plan aligns with the identified needs and that it remains effective in strengthening the school's infrastructure development efforts..
