[Audio] In this period, we have witnessed remarkable growth in our domestic operations. We have achieved the highest ever monthly connectivity of 73,802 in March 2025, surpassing the previous record of 54,464 in March 2024. Similarly, we have also recorded the highest ever monthly conversion of 25,135 in January 2025, exceeding the earlier mark of 21,852 in March 2024. Furthermore, we have set new benchmarks in our financial year performance, with a total connectivity of 3,43000 in FY 24-25, surpassing the earlier high of 3,20,125 in FY 23-24. Our team projects have also achieved the highest ever conversion of 1,29,129, surpassing the earlier record of 1,28,872 in FY 23-24. Moreover, MGL has achieved the highest ever conversion of 1,75,693, surpassing the earlier mark of 1,75,571 in FY 23-24. We have successfully gasified new areas, including Ambernath West area (DRS 137A), and converted the first domestic customer on July 12, 2024. Additionally, we have completed the first domestic conversions in Anand Nagar, Khopoli (DRS 405A), and Derivali Village, Panvel (DRS 308A) on January 31, 2025. We have also established connectivity in previously challenging areas such as Khetwadi pocket, Breach Candy Hospital, and Cusrow baug, overcoming obstacles like working at heights..

[Audio] In this remarkable period, we have witnessed unprecedented growth in our industrial and commercial operations. Our highest ever monthly connectivity was achieved in March 2025, with a staggering 73,802 connections made. This surpasses our previous record of 54,464 connections in March 2024. Furthermore, we also recorded our highest ever monthly conversion in January 2025, with 25,135 conversions taking place. [Audio] Pipeline infrastructure development continued with the laying of 41.2 km of steel pipelines and 203 km of medium-pressure pipelines across all gas authorities during the year. The long-awaited demand of gas was met by opening a new pocket for conversion in Dombivli West through the gasification of the 4-bar network. Additionally, the Kopri railway crossing was completed using the auger boring method, facilitating the availability of gas in Kopri and Thane East areas after a gap of 15 years. Furthermore, road crossings were established on MG Road and Fashion Street, pending since 2015, to provide PNG connections to the Bombay Gymkhana..

[Audio] We have expanded our pipeline infrastructure significantly this year. A total of 244.2 kilometers of steel pipelines and medium-pressure pipelines have been laid down across all our geographical areas. This achievement shows our dedication to making natural gas more accessible to our customers. Moreover, we have accomplished several crucial crossings, including the long-awaited demand for gas in Dombivli West, which enables us to unlock new areas for conversion. The Kopri Railway crossing, completed using the Auger Boring method, has allowed us to supply gas to Kopri and Thane East areas after a 15-year hiatus. We have also finished the 30-meter road crossing on MG Road, Fashion Street, which was pending since 2015 to provide PNG connections to Bombay Gymkhana..

[Audio] We have successfully expanded our operations by opening two new offices, Nahur Office and Seawoods Office, further strengthening our presence in the region. This strategic move has enabled us to better serve our customers and increase our market share..

[Audio] We received the highest-ever security deposit refund of twenty point five crore rupees in a single financial year, demonstrating our commitment to excellence and efficiency in resource management. Moreover, we successfully liquidated cash work-in-progress worth eight hundred eight crore rupees, showcasing our ability to optimize assets. Additionally, our capital expenditure reached an all-time high of one thousand forty-seven point two nine crore rupees, with projects accounting for nine hundred forty-eight point three three crore rupees and other initiatives contributing ninety-nine point nine six crore rupees, solidifying our position as a leader in the industry..

[Audio] The company has undertaken various process improvements, leading to enhanced efficiency and reduced costs. These improvements include undertaking downstream piping work for Commercial A customers, optimizing steel structures, and laying pipelines alongside road concretization work. The allocation of multiple BP numbers to gas meters has also saved time previously spent on assigning serial numbers individually. Moreover, the automation of LMC tasks has minimized the time spent on updating customer information, enabling the team to focus on more critical tasks. A new process has been developed for converting customers registered with zero amounts under unsold/unoccupied categories across all GA's, and a new T-code has been created for PO tracking. Furthermore, the company has implemented validation in SAP for service regulator consumption, restricting single SR uploads per SR order, and validated SAP based on unrestricted stock values in storage locations. Lastly, the company has transitioned from offline to online routing of NRO's, expediting the approval process and reducing physical file movement..

[Audio] Gasification of old infrastructure has led to significant benefits, including the allocation of space for the installation of Domestic Cooking Gas inside Deonar depot, allowing residents of BARC colony to access gas connections. The Kopri Railway Demand note was secured with reduced wayleave charges, resulting in a saving of nearly three crore rupees. Permission was obtained for the installation of Domestic Cooking Gas inside Lodha Palava Phase-II, Khoni, without incurring any additional costs. Several prominent residential areas were connected, including 33 South CHSL, where the chairman of TCS resides, and Windermere, the residence of Tata Group Chairman Mr. Noel Tata. Connections were also established with the RBI Deputy Governor's residence and the Arthur Road jail. Our efforts have contributed to the development of a comprehensive gas distribution system, ensuring reliable and efficient gas supply to various regions..

[Audio] We have made significant progress in strengthening our infrastructure and services. We have drafted a policy for City Gas Distribution and submitted it to the Government of Maharashtra. The proposal for installing a FRP fire water tank in Vilebhagad aims to reduce rock cutting and save time and resources. We have received approvals for various projects, including the installation of solar panels at CNG stations and the revision of layouts for CGS Wadala. Our team is assisting with gas over oil actuators for existing CGSs and installing DRS systems in locations such as Navy Nagar, Colaba, to meet the growing demand for gas connections. We have secured permission from the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai to conduct trenching work on LBS Road during the monsoon season, enabling us to complete critical pipeline connectivity on this busy route. These efforts will improve our services and expand our reach in the region..
