[Audio] In this period, we have witnessed remarkable growth in our industrial and commercial operations. We have achieved new milestones in terms of connectivity and conversion rates. In a single month, we have reached a record high of 73,802 connections in March 2025, surpassing the previous best of 54,464 in March 2024. Similarly, we have also seen a significant increase in conversions, with 25,135 customers converted in January 2025, exceeding the earlier record of 21,852 in March 2024. Highest in a financial year, we have made substantial progress, connecting over 3,43000 households and converting more than 1,75,693 customers. Our highest ever monthly connectivity was achieved in March 2025, with a staggering 73,802 connections made. This surpasses the previous record of 54,464 connections set in March 2024. Additionally, we have also seen a significant increase in conversions, with 25,135 conversions recorded in January 2025, exceeding the earlier high of 21,852 conversions in March 2024. Furthermore, our team projects have achieved their highest ever conversion rate, with 1,29,129 conversions recorded, surpassing the previous record of 1,28,872 conversions in FY 23-24. Moreover, MGL has also achieved its highest ever conversion rate, with 1,75,693 conversions recorded, surpassing the earlier high of 1,75,571 conversions in FY 23-24. We have also expanded our network by connecting new areas, including the gasification of Ambernath West area (DRS 137A) and the conversion of the first domestic customer on 12.07.2024. The successful completion of several critical crossings is notable, including the long-awaited demand for gas in Dombivli West, which enables us to open up new pockets for conversion. The Kopri Railway crossing, accomplished through the Auger Boring method, allows us to provide gas to the Kopri and Thane East areas after a 15-year wait. One such improvement is the undertaking of downstream piping work for Commercial A customers, which has optimized steel structure costs. Moreover, allocating multiple BP numbers to gas meters has saved time previously spent on assigning serial numbers individually. The automation of LMC tasks has also minimized the time spent on updating customer information, enabling the focus on more critical tasks. Furthermore, the development of a new T-code for PO tracking has facilitated the validation of SAP for service regulator consumption, restricting single SR uploads per order. This has expedited the approval process and reduced physical file movement by routing NRO's online instead of offline.
