The founders saw a need to support our nation’s construction requirements and so Acetech Metal was born. The goal was really to provide high quality products at reasonable prices and to help accelerate our country’s industrialization. During it’s early days, our castings were mostly sold to customers in the construction industry.The company has had it’s fair share of ups and downs in the last 20 years. Fortunately, God has provided for the necessary human capital and resources for the company to survive and thrive. During it’s early years, the company heavily relied on manual labor. Now, it has multiple machines in all departments aiding people to do their job easier whilst making consistent quality castings.Through time, the company has diversified it’s product base such as but not limited to fitness, kitchens, machineries, and even automotive parts. In this day and age, every company highly relies on automation and robotics. This means that more and more businesses need a supporting entity to supply their machine part’s requirements.The company had to evolve or expire along with dozens of local foundries that has already closed shop. Here at Acetech Metal, We envision to revive the production capabilities in our country. Philippines has been highly reliant on imports particularly from China. We believe the country cannot continue to be import-dependent especially on critical industries like food & agriculture, roads & bridges, and other crucial commerce. China’s labor cost has increase drastically as well as it’s raw materials. Freight cost has been increasing at a steady pace. Our country’s unemployment is at an all time high. OUR PROCESS Every product starts with a concept. After we discuss your product concept, we will be providing our advice and initial designs. We will have further discussions in order to meet your desired dimensions and product characteristics. We will never proceed with the pattern until such time that you are already happy with the design. PRODUCT CONCEPT AND DESIGN PATTERN MAKING Once we have finalized your product design, we will make a pattern depending on your order quantity and product characteristics. For jobbing projects, we recommend wood pattern. For mass production, we recommend making it aluminum. Our pattern making is aided by 3d modeling in order to produce the least amount of dimensional tolerance up to less than ±1mm accuracy. We have multiple molding processes to cater to different quality and price needs of our customers. We have Green Sand Jolt Squeeze Casting for finer and more precise finishing, Garden Soil Floor Molding for lower prices, and CO2 for bigger and heavier castings. CASTING SHOT BLASTING The casting will go through various finishing process depending on your needs. Initially, all castings go through Shot Blasting. This process ensures that all sand caught in the castings be cleaned off thoroughly. In case there’s rust in the castings, it will also be cleaned during the blasting process.
