We update and amend Philhealth records, declare dependents, issue new identification cards, assist with membership data records, register senior citizens, and assess pregnant women's requirements. These services ensure accurate and updated records, enabling better service..

[Audio] Our office has processed registration, updates, and requests for identification cards with membership data records by category. This includes updating and amending existing records, processing new requests for identification cards, and assisting members with their membership data records. We have handled these tasks efficiently and accurately, providing necessary support and services to our members..

[Audio] We have successfully registered and updated records for a total of three hundred and twenty clients. The clients include twelve pregnant women who received our assistance, two patients who suffered from animal bites, eight walk-in clients with employers registration updates, and two hundred and ninety-eight senior citizens who benefited from our services..

[Audio] We have received a total of eighty-eight requests for identification cards and membership data records. The categories include nineteen pregnant women, six animal bites patients, forty-six walk-in clients, and seventeen senior citizens..
