Test Pillar – Tiziana PIANTANIDA. with her open and frank approach Tiziana is a clear example of Grit and Passion, putting heart and soul into everything she does going together with what mentioned above, Tiziana is always supportive of others to reach common targets and to improve how things are done Tiziana is well recognized as a valuable and proactive partner for the involved stakeholders Tiziana has been the core of the LEAN deployment within our Pillar since day one, fostering the deployment of the methodology across several projects, she’s an ST “Level 4” certified Tiziana is supporting several activities even outside her specific role within T&F Pillar, i.e. the support to local SBM and Quality for Audit/certification processes.
Muar Site – Yokefun WONG. With her organizational leadership approach by lobbying with the Malaysia authorities for low tier suppliers to have production running during eMCO Collaboration and team work across multiple organizational internally and externally to support Muar Covid, constantly support operation without having major line interruption. Continue customer focus and support multiple virtual audit with proactive engagement with auditor and closed follow up with audit coordinator with self preparation and executed with Zero NC for GPO. She supported many activities outside her facility role and as apart of continue improvement , i.e. local sourcing for saving for IDM and spares, fast turn for medical resources for site services,.
Calamba Site - Melen Valencia. Melen showed passion to ensure no ITP incidents occurred in her respective perimeter. She exerted efforts to expedite and pull-in deliveries needed to support production ramp of Laguna and upcoming product development (ex. tapes/rubber tips/blades/cap attach/etc.). Melen also participated in second sourcing projects that resulted in continuous savings opportunity for Calamba. Her efforts in YOY negotiation were also noticed and recognized by her respective counterparts: As part of Continuous Improvement, she took lead of the Auto PO LEAN project for Calamba that will further streamline our PO creation process which will potentially save 298 hours in our daily PR-PO creation tasks. Melen was also instrumental in the data gathering and analysis of GPO Calamba KPIs. She was the focal contact person in Calamba who collaborates with Johnston/Doris/Yokefun in establishing the KPI Tracking to all GPO BEM sites..
Shenzhen Site – Doris Zhang. Among the GPO Shenzhen team of five buyers and one SBM providing compliant service to STS site, in GRIT Doris (ZHANG) has visualized her dedicated passion and perseverance into extra efforts: Contributions during events on H2/N2 gas supply near-miss emergency (even during weekend days); Import/export cargo disinfection requirement into series of urgent containment actions; Very stable and reliable efforts into contribution in negotiating price (increase) on Indirect material (with commodity manager), and global POR project (such Glove supply maintaining). Being a core member of GPO BEM c.I team, Doris contribute proactively on Lean (day) projects benefiting various sites and pillars. Doris has supported me much in Engagement in coordinating team building activities and program at Shenzhen Site..
Malta Site – Anton MUSCAT. Anton Muscat, is working for ST for more than 35 years. He can be a role model for the team and a mentor not only for GPO but as well for other departments. He is doing his best to cope with all the problems arising during Paul left the Company by working alone in the office without giving up. He is meeting most of the ABCDEFG criteria to get Malta Site continue with operation through this tough period..
Bouskoura Site – Sanaa IMOULA. Sanaa has done an excellent job to source and negotiate materials for BSK new strategic projects TPAK and T2PAK. On top of her work, she has been supporting the team on their scopes, and helped a lot the buyers to achieve the challenging objectives we have been facing. Besides, Sanaa has always shown a positive mindset, collaborative way of working, and is fully involved to meet ST requirements and internal customers need..
