[Audio] Your plan design includes the following: The deductible per individual person will be $3,300 for in-network and $6,600 for out of network; the deductible per family will be $6,600 for in-network and $13,200 for out of network; the out-of-pocket max per individual will be $6,300 for in-network and $12,700 for out of network; and the out-of-pocket max per family will be $12,700 for in-network and $25,400 for out of network. The coinsurance the member will pay 30% in-network and 50% if out of network. Your company's contribution to your HRA per calendar year will be $600 for the Individual and $1,450 for Family..
