[Audio] RULES AND REGULATION No smoking or chewing tobacco inside the premises. होटल के अंदर smoking या तंबाकू चबाना मना है Salaries are paid on the 7th of every month. सैलरी हर महीने क� 7 तारीख को द� जाती है All new employees must sign the staff agreement before joining. हर नए staff को joining से पहले staff agreement साइन करना ज़रूरी है Every staff must open an Axis Bank account. हर staff को Axis Bank म� account खुलवाना होगा One-month notice must be given before resignation or strict action (like salary deduction) will be taken. नौकरी छोड़ने से पहले 1 महीने का notice देना जरूरी है, नह� तो सैलरी कट होगी.

[Audio] DISCIPLINE Avoid shouting or calling each other loudly. Follow the proper escalation channel: HOD → Front Office → Property Manager → Higher Authority. Material requests must be made formally – not via WhatsApp or verbally. Staff को आपस म� cचल्ला कर बात नह� करनी है कोई भी problem हो तो सही channel से बताएं – HOD → Front Office → Property Manager → Higher Authority कोई सामान चाaहए तो form म� request कर�, WhatsApp या बोलकर नह�.

[Audio] LEAVE POLICY Leaves exceeding 2 days must be applied with a leave form (available at the front office). No leave during peak season unless it's an emergency. Accumulate leave during busy periods and use it during the off-season. [Audio] UNIFORM POLICY ₹1500 will be deducted from your first salary for the uniform. Staff are responsible for keeping their uniform in good condition. [Audio] Breakage, Loss & Company's Property Theft of company property leads to immediate termination. Housekeeping, F&B, and kitchen teams must maintain and track equipment/inventory monthly. Any loss or breakage will be charged to the responsible staff or team. Use appliances only after being trained. Keep store rooms clean and organized; each department is responsible for their area. Store keys must be returned to the office — do not take them to rooms. अगर कोई चोरी करता है, तो उसे सीधा नौकरी से aनकाल `दया जाएगा हाउसक�mप�ग, F&B और aकचन ट�म को हर महीने सामान चेक करना होगा जो चीज़ टूट� या खो गई, उसका पैसा स्टाफ या ट�म को भरना होगा मशीन� को ध्यान से चलाएं, पहले सीख� aफर यूज़ कर� हर aडपाट�म�ट अपने स्टोर रूम को साफ और सही रखे स्टोर क� चाबी ऑaफस म� ही रख�, कमरे म� नह� ले जाएँ.

[Audio] STAFF ROOM Staff are responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of their rooms. Damaging staff rooms will lead to disciplinary action. This is your space — make it positive. Outsiders are not allowed. स्टाफ को अपने रूम क� सफाई और ध्यान रखना जरूरी है रूम को नुकसान प�ंचाने पर एक्शन cलया जाएगा यह आपका <ेस है – इसे अ�ा बनाएं, बाहर के लोग Allowed नह� ह�.

[Audio] BE PRESENT WHEN GUESTS ARE THERE F&B स्टाफ को �ूट� टाइम से 30 bमनट पहले आना होगा (जैसे �ेकफास्ट के cलए 6:30 AM) यही रूल �ं ट ऑaफस, aकचन और बाक� aडपाट�म�ट्स पर भी लागू होता है Be punctual. F&B staff must report 30 minutes before shift (e.g., 6:30 AM for breakfast). Same applies to Front Office, Kitchen, and other departments..
