Pada tugas kali ini rekan-rekan akan disajikan sebuah kanban board yang menampilkan situasi pekerjaan tim saat ini. Kanban board ada di slide berikut atau gunakan link ini.
Posisikan diri rekan-rekan seolah sedang dalam daily scrum dan mengamati kanban board bersama.
Tugas rekan-rekan adalah melakukan inspeksi terhadap board yang ada serta melakukan adaptasi terhadap rencana berikutnya apa yang akan dilakukan bersama sebagai sebuah scrum team pada hari itu.
Perhatikan materi untuk memahami PBI mana yang perlu diprioritaskan..

Buat video singkat berisi perkenalan diri dan penjabaran proses inspeksi dan adaptasi berdasarkan kanban board yang ada.

Pastikan isi video informatif dengan intonasi jelas dan seluruh aspek inspeksi dan adaptasi tersampaikan dengan baik, gunakan nomor PBI untuk identiﬁkasi konteks pembahasan..
Video diupload ke youtube atau google drive dan cantumkan link video ke sistem LMS Rakamin. Pastikan link dapat diakses oleh orang lain.
Video youtube minimal unlisted
Google drive minimal anyone with the link can view.
