Lockdown Trigger – "Ghostbuster" Broadcast Upon hearing the broadcast announcement "Ghostbuster" showcase, all students and staff are to immediately secure themselves in the nearest safe location – such as classrooms, studios, or offices Windows must be covered to reduce visibility from outside Lights must be turned off to give the impression that the room is unoccupied Doors must be locked and entry points secured Movement should cease, and everyone is to remain quiet and stay out of sight from windows or doors. This initial action is crucial to ensuring safety and reducing potential exposure to external threats..

[Audio] Lockdown Procedure Recap 2. Remain in Lockdown & Report Whereabouts All individuals must remain in their lockdown locations until further instructions are given. Staff should promptly report their whereabouts and headcount to the relevant Assembly Group I/C. 3. Assembly Group to Consolidate Headcount (On-site) Assembly Group I/C to compile and verify headcounts from each lockdown venue to account for all students and staff. 4. Evacuation to Assembly Area (AA) (or EHA) if Required If the situation escalates and it becomes unsafe to remain within the school premises, an evacuation order will be issued by Chief Safety Officer. The school population will proceed in an orderly manner to the Assembly Area (AA) or External Holding Area (EHA) as per emergency evacuation plan. 5. Assembly Group to Consolidate Headcount (at AA/EHA) Upon arrival at the AA/EHA, Assembly Group I/C will conduct a second headcount to ensure that all individuals have evacuated safely and are accounted for..

[Audio] Possible Scenario - Security Breach with Armed Intruder A security breach occurs when an armed intruder gains unauthorized access to the school levels. Intruder is armed with dangerous weapons, posing immediate threat to the safety of students and staff within the building. 1. Lockdown Activation � Student/Staff reports to Admin Office/OPM of the presence of any suspicious-looking individual on school premises � OPM/Security team activated to the scene � OPM/Security team attempts to de-escalate the situation and guide the unwelcome visitor to leave the premises � OPM to advise School Leaders to call the Police if the intruder starts to display aggressive or threatening behaviour � OPM/Security to position themselves at a safe distance and recommend to School Leaderss to activate lockdown � Lockdown will be initiated by broadcasting the emergency coded message "The Ghostbusters showcase is currently taking place at [intruder's current location (e.g. Gym C5-15)]" via the School PA system.

Emergency Notification � Law enforcement agencies are promptly notified of the situation, providing them with crucial details about the intruder's description, location, and any known weapons or threats posed � Concurrently, both MOE & MCCY are informed of the security breach � OPM/Security personnel continue to monitor the situation and keep the area clear, if the situation permits � Upon the arrival of the Police, School Liaison Officer/Head, Security Group will guide them to the incident site, if necessary 3. Evacuation Planning / EHA Readiness (For Evacuation to EHA) � OPM/Head, Security Group to notify the external holding area staff on the security breach in SOTA and requested readiness to accommodate evacuees in the designated areas � The Route Marshals team (ERG/Search Team) is tasked with preparing for advanced deployment to the route control posts � The police to locate and neutralize the armed intruder, utilizing specialized tactics and equipment to minimize the risk to occupants and bring the situation under control.

Evacuation Execution � Head, Ops and School Leaders will coordinate with the police to initiate a staged evacuation to the EHA � Evacuation will be initiated by broadcasting the evacuation coded message "Attention all, who are attending the Ghostbusters showcase, there will now be an intermission" via the School PA system � All individuals in locked up rooms/venues should prepare for evacuation and remain in place until approached by the Police � Instructions will be relayed to the advanced parties (i.e. Route Marshals, Resources Team, Parent Management Group, CARE Group, and OPS Centre (partial) to evacuate to EHA and prepare the designated area � Police personnel will be deployed to systematically clear and guide occupants in each rooms to evacuate and minimize exposure to the intruder.
