Scene 2 (27s)

[Audio] A quarter that kept teams productive and opened a new floor new 3rd-floor office set up, opened and handed over assets issued to teams: monitors, PCs, laptops, peripherals numbered support tickets closed company events equipped and supported Business continuity Growth readiness Control Laptops, monitors, access cards and printers kept every team working through moves, hires and events. 3rd floor planned, networked, equipped and ready for teams by 25–26 Sep. IT asset audit done and register kept current (253 assets tracked); bills organised for Finance. Source: Daily work updates and asset register, Jul–Sep 2026. Four numbers sum up the quarter: the 3rd floor delivered, 63 assets issued to teams (from the asset register), 13 numbered tickets closed, and four company events equipped. Behind these: continuity for teams, readiness for growth, and tighter control of assets and records. Ticket and event counts are what the daily log names explicitly, so real volumes may be higher..

The asset register tracks 253 assets, 63 of them issued this quarter, with 252 in good condition. Of 205 assets that need employee acknowledgement, 72% are acknowledged and 58 are pending, a clear follow-up for next quarter. Finance received FY 2025-26 bills sorted. Scene 7 (7m 56s)

[Audio] Challenges, improvements & business impact Challenge Action taken Outcome Office-wide internet connectivity issue Followed up with provider; checked every CPU; configured firewall access Connectivity restored on affected systems Recurring HR-cabin printer faults Vendor follow-ups; printers exchanged via VSL; warranties registered Issue resolved; new printers live in HR and Finance Faulty laptops and screens Repairs with Headway and VSL; applications reinstalled Repaired laptops returned to users Requests with no single channel Announced Keka helpdesk for admin support requests Requests can be tracked in one place Impact: teams stayed productive through a floor move, new hires and events. Downtime or response-time metrics were not logged [add if available]. Four themes. Connectivity: an office-wide internet problem in August was traced by checking every machine. Printers: a recurring HR printer fault ended with exchanged printers, now also serving Finance. Hardware: repaired laptops came back through two vendors. Process: Keka helpdesk gives one place for requests. We have not measured downtime or response times, so impact is stated qualitatively. If the department has these numbers, add them..

[Audio] Next quarter priorities Pending & planned Approvals needed Finish 3rd-floor set-up: UPS, interactive panel, TVs, carpet, chair repairs Clear 58 pending asset acknowledgements; close the audit Set up and hand over the two new editing PCs (bought early Oct) Fix 3 non-working workstation network ports Resolve repeat vending-machine and TV repair follow-ups UPS vendor and quotation Samsung interactive panel TV placement on 3rd floor Refurbished laptop purchase This quarter we kept teams productive, delivered the 3rd floor and put assets under tighter control. Pending items carry into next quarter: finish the 3rd floor, clear the 58 pending asset acknowledgements, fix three dead network ports, and chase the repeat vendor issues. Four approvals would unblock us: UPS, interactive panel, TV placement and refurbished laptops. The two editing PCs were purchased on 3 October per the asset register, so only set-up remains. Close: teams kept productive, 3rd floor delivered, assets under tighter control. Thank you..
