Scene 1 (0s)

[Audio] Welcome. This is the (I-T ) Support and Office Administration review for July to September 2026. In the next five to seven minutes I will cover what we delivered, why it mattered to the business, and what we need next quarter. Note: the period label assumes an April–March fiscal year; adjust if 8Views labels quarters differently..

Scene 2 (24s)

[Audio] Four numbers sum up the quarter: the 3rd floor delivered, 63 assets issued to teams (from the asset register), 13 numbered tickets closed, and four company events equipped. Behind these: continuity for teams, readiness for growth, and tighter control of assets and records. Ticket and event counts are what the daily log names explicitly, so real volumes may be higher..

Scene 3 (53s)

[Audio] The team handled hardware allocation and repair, support tickets, network and firewall issues and software set up. The chart is from the asset register: 63 assets issued to teams in the quarter, mostly monitors. Three high spec PCs (one designer, two editing) were specified and built in house from components. Mention the office wide internet issue in August where every C-P-U was checked..

Scene 4 (1m 25s)

[Audio] The 3rd floor was the quarter's biggest project. July and August were planning: measurements, layout designs, C-C-T-V cabling. September was build out with daily site coordination across vendors. The opening ceremony was arranged on 21 September, the handover checklist completed on 25 September, and the UI/UX and Tech teams moved in on 26 September. Seating was finalised on 30 September. Still open: U-P-S--, interactive panel and a few furnishing items (see last slide)..

Scene 5 (2m 1s)

[Audio] (I-T ) and admin support is part of how the business shows up externally. We equipped four events (CREDAI, IREC, SIIMA, I-R-A--) and set up projector and audio for five C-W-M meetings. We handled the awards and certificates process end to end for the video editors, plus thank you cards, and kept onboarding smooth with devices, access and desks ready. Keka helpdesk was announced as the single channel for admin requests..

Scene 6 (2m 35s)

[Audio] This slide covers control. The asset register tracks 253 assets, 63 of them issued this quarter, with 252 in good condition. Of 205 assets that need employee acknowledgement, 72% are acknowledged and 58 are pending, a clear follow up for next quarter. Finance received FY 2025-26 bills sorted. Procurement: peripherals, printers and cabling were bought for the 3rd floor and teams, and three high spec PCs were built in house. Cost savings are a placeholder because the bills list has no amounts. Add verified numbers before presenting, or remove the box..

Scene 7 (3m 21s)

[Audio] Four themes. Connectivity: an office wide internet problem in August was traced by checking every machine. Printers: a recurring HR printer fault ended with exchanged printers, now also serving Finance. Hardware: repaired laptops came back through two vendors. Process: Keka helpdesk gives one place for requests. We have not measured downtime or response times, so impact is stated qualitatively. If the department has these numbers, add them..

Scene 8 (3m 53s)

[Audio] Pending items carry into next quarter: finish the 3rd floor, clear the 58 pending asset acknowledgements, fix three dead network ports, and chase the repeat vendor issues. Four approvals would unblock us: U-P-S--, interactive panel, TV placement and refurbished laptops. The two editing PCs were purchased on 3 October per the asset register, so only set up remains. Close: teams kept productive, 3rd floor delivered, assets under tighter control. Thank you..
