[Audio] Behavioural development is the gradual growth and formation of the way in which an individual conducts self in various situations. Behaviours are developed over time and not a given condition and thus its critical to get the right ones. These behaviours are the fundamental pillars for the success of an individual irrespective of the field in which the individual is working. This development starts taking shape in the child based on the interactions that the child has with the significant others. It takes years to develop for an individual and Parents, Extended Family, School, Friends, College, Role Models and External Environment all play a significant part in it. Yancha is only one of its kind behavioural development program that encompasses all the constituents and spans across the developmental stages from toddler to early school to school goer, to tweens to teenager to college student and to a young adult. However, there was no structured program to engage the parents and children in the process of behavioural development. Yancha was designed to fulfil this gap and provide a guided framework to parents and shifting them away from the trial-and-error approach..

The behaviours are then developed through a Socratic Way (directed questioning and arousing curiosity), by parents, guardians and teachers. Further development can take place through the interconnected stories on the Yancha Kids section. Joint effort by the parents, the playbooks/ workbooks and the behavioural guides at Yancha, help the children evolve to achieve their potential. The card game tasks children to match the story titles to the lessons and in the process the children learn the important behaviours. The card game can be played in groups of four or in a solitary manner. The Yancha Canvas (a part of the box) provides the necessary inputs for matching the right lesson with the right story. All the stories are anchored in the Alphabets from A – Z, thus enabling an easy recall for the child..

The Yancha Game connects with the Yancha Experiential stories and provides an immersive, fun-filled learning experience for the child. The child gets engaged to the colourful cards and recollects the stories linked with them. These develop cognition, concentration, fine motor skills, lateral thinking, social abilities, communication skills, creativity, symbolic play and confidence. Every story in turn guides the parents on the right way to evolve the behaviours in the child and that rubs off on them too. The child when encouraged goes on to demonstrate the learned behaviours and over time develops behaviourally to make the right choices. The child demonstrates confidence, decision making, values and compassion and positive discipline..
