Increasing statistics of the emission from fossil fuels and carbon  dioxide causing climate change of earth.(Dr. Jonathan Foley,2019). An alternative hydrogen energy are created to replace the non-renewable energy(N. Saifuddin and P. Priatharsini .et.al,2015). Conventional methods producing hydrogen(steam reforming natural gas & coal gasification) are not sustainable and not environment friendly. (Shaishav, et al.2014） Green hydrogen is renewable sources and only emit water waste. Microalgae offer a potential renewable feedstock for hydrogen production. Fermentation of hydrogen production using algal biomass as feedstock can be affected by several parameters that are being studied in this projects.

To investigate factors (e.g. temperature and algae inoculum ratio) that affect biohydrogen production from microalgae biomass. To evaluate kinetics properties of biohydrogen production from microalgae biomass by using Gompertz Model and Luedeking-Piret Model.

1. Screening of existing technologies on hydrogen production. 2. To performance analysis of the selected strain for hydrogen production. 3. Using TNBR pilot plant facility as algae feedstock production. 4. To optimize the algal system for hydrogen production. 5. Kinetics study on the properties of biohydrogen production from microalgae.
