Scope: Measure True OEE across all 3 BU’s Objectives : Standardized methodology for measuring Overall Equipment Effectiveness across all 3 BU’s Capture “True OEE” along with the current OEE2 KPI measurement. Entering Speed Loss and standardize reporting of Chargeable vs Non-Chargeable hours. This will help us to better understand the impact and relationship to availability, productivity and scrap. Note : We will continue to measure OEE2, but we are proposing an additional measurement for OEE..
