Our paper focus on a novel idea of expense tracking by analyzing users' spending patterns Our application scans users' text messages and presents them in text and visual patterns and helps users to analyze their spending patterns and make wise spending choices This paper reviews deficit spending tracking and its impact on personal finance management This application offers a user-friendly interface, automated tracking of expenses and the ability to control expenses and it also provides expense visualization and generates personalized budget recommendations based on user preferences Concluding this innovative tool will help enhancing personal financial management and help saving money.

User Authentication by PAN As PAN cards are increasingly important to future banking connections, we start with a signup process that verifies user details against their PAN card information in order to assure the security and validity of our users' financial data. Extraction of Text Messages The app uses user consent to extract expense details from SMS messages, prioritizing bank messages when received, and eliminating duplicates through accurate verification, ensuring reliable financial management and expense tracking. Categorization of Text Messages In order to appropriately identify transactions, user or using machine learning tools we can identify the messages based on the type of transactions Pie Chart Visualization and Recommendations To help us better understand our financial status, the app provides personalised advice when your expenditure falls under a predetermined level. Additionally, based on the user's prior behaviour and financial objectives, we deploy machine learning models to analyse historical transaction data and offer personalised recommendations..

Conclusion and Future work. Further, this research paper has successfully discussed creation of a mobile application that is designed to facilitate a user-friendly, easily usable interface that will enable consumers to smoothly manage their financial affairs. Our main aim to help users analyze their expenses and limit them to have a set target of savings and also enjoying their lives within their budget was fulfilled. In future this system can be integrated with the tax regimes of different countries to accommodate auto tax calculations to ease users to pay their advance taxes on time giving them an overview of the penalties incurred for delayed tax filing..
