1. Welcome Email & First Time Access Open your account email, you have the login link from 3cx side Locate the Web Client login link. Click on link in the email and you will be redirected to a new login page. 3CX Logix Regular User Training 2.
[Audio] 2. Log In to 3CX 1. Open the company 3CX Web Client U-R-L--. 2. Enter Email or Extension Number. Click Forgot Password, then enter the email address associated with your account. You’ll receive a password reset link in your email. Click the link, set your new password, and log in to access your account dashboard. [Audio] 4. Install the Mobile App 1. Install the official 3CX app on iPhone or Android. 2. Open the app and choose the provisioning/QR option. 3. Scan the QR code from the welcome email/Web Client. 4. Allow microphone and notification permissions. [Audio] 6. Make an Outbound Call 1. Open Phone/Dialer. By clicking the phone icon on top right corner with blue highlight 2. Enter a phone number or search a user/extension. 3. Select the correct calling device. 4. Click Call. 3CX Logix Regular User Training 7.
[Audio] 7. Pick Up an Incoming Call 1. Wait for the incoming call popup. 2. Review caller information. 3. Click on the Green Icon to Answer. 4. Use Reject only when appropriate. 3CX Logix Regular User Training 8.
[Audio] 8. Active Call Features Mute/unmute the microphone. Place the caller on Hold and resume. Open Keypad when digits are required. Use Conference to add another participant. [Audio] 9. Straight / Blind Transfer 1. During the call click Transfer. 2. Search the destination user/extension. 3. Select the destination. 4. The caller is transferred immediately without speaking to the receiver first. 3CX Logix Regular User Training 10.
[Audio] 10. Attended Transfer 1. Choose Attended Transfer. 2. Call the destination while the original caller waits. 3. Speak to the receiving user and explain the call, or can Direct Transfer. 4. Complete the transfer after the receiving user accepts. 3CX Logix Regular User Training 11.
[Audio] 12. Send an SMS / Customer Text Open Chat. Click New/Compose. There is Three option. Start chat: which is for Internal Team chat/sms. Create group chat: which is group chat with team/user Send S-M-S--: which is for External user. Choose S-M-S or the configured customer messaging channel. Select/enter the customer number and send the message. [Audio] Contacts — Find & Use Saved Contacts 1. Open Contacts from the left navigation. 2. Use Search to quickly find a saved customer, company or personal contact. 3. Use the All Contacts filter to view available contact sources such as Company, Personal, M-3-6-5-, Google or C-R-M when enabled. 4. Select a contact to view available details, phone numbers and interaction information. 5. [Audio] Contacts — Add a New Contact 1. From Contacts, click the plus button to create a new contact. 2. Enter the contact's First Name and Last Name. 3. Add Company, Title and Department when applicable. 4. Enter the Email address and Mobile number. 5. Choose where the contact should be saved. Personal is available in the example; other destinations depend on your configured integrations and permissions. 6. [Audio] 18. Create a Call / Web Meeting 1. Open Meet from the left navigation. 2. Click plus to create a new conference. 3. Choose Call, Webmeeting or Webinar. 4. Choose Now or Later, enter a subject and participant notes. 5. Select the calendar option and click Create meeting. Meet — create a call, web meeting or webinar.
[Audio] 17. Profile & Status 1. Click your profile icon in the top right corner of the 3CX Web Client. 2. Set your profile status so your team can see your current availability. 3. Available — online and ready to receive calls. 4. Away — temporarily away from your desk. 5. Do Not Disturb — use when you should not be interrupted. 6. Lunch — indicates that you are on your lunch break. 7. Business Trip — indicates that you are away for business. 8. You can also set status temporarily, override office hours, monitor connection quality, turn the ringer off, open Settings, or Logout. [Audio] 18. 3CTel Client Portal & Account Menu 1. Open the 3CTel client portal and use the top navigation for Invoices, Estimates, Proposals and Support. 2. Use the profile icon to access Profile, Contacts, Company details, G-D-P-R-, Announcements and Language. 3. Use Files and Calendar when these resources are enabled for your account. 4. [Audio] 19. View Invoices & Account Statement 1. Open Invoices from the top menu. 2. Review Unpaid, Paid, Overdue and Partially Paid invoice summaries. 3. Use View Account Statement when you need an overall billing history. 4. [Audio] 20. View Proposals & Their Status 1. Open Proposals from the top menu. 2. Review the Proposal number, Subject, Total, Open Till date, Date and Status. 3. Click the proposal entry to review the proposal details available to your account. 4. [Audio] 21. Submit & Track Support Queries 1. Open Support to see your support ticket area. 2. Review the ticket summary for Open, In Progress, Answered, On Hold, Closed and Completed queries. 3. Click Open Ticket to submit a new support request when assistance is required. 4.
