TO ENHANCE PRODUCTIVITY, QUALITY OF PRODUCT AND SERVICES AND ORGANISATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS THROUGH PEOPLE – PEOPLE AND PEOPLE – SYSTEMS INTERFACES. A) IDENTIFICATION OF TRAINING NEEDS B) TRAINING EVALUATION TECHNIQUES C) MEASURING EFFECTIVENESS OF TRAINING D) PERFORMANCE EVALUATION TECHNIQUES E) DIFFERENT MANAGERIAL SKILLS
