[Audio] We have two main groups: the software factory and the client facing teams. The software factory is where the magic happens. Here our talented professionals in financial and (I-T ) engineering design develop test and release our software products. They're responsible for everything from the initial concept to the final polished product. The client facing teams on the other hand are all about building relationships with our clients. They use their in-depth knowledge of our software to help clients implement it manage projects and answer any questions they may have. Let's break down these two groups in a little more detail. On the software factory side we have several key teams: The product strategy and innovation team focuses on what features and functionality we'll be building next. They research new technologies identify client needs and create a roadmap for our products. The research and development team brings those plans to life. They design code and test our software. The quality assurance team makes sure everything works as intended. They rigorously test the software to identify and fix any bugs before it goes out to clients. And the DevOps and release management team ensures a smooth transition of the software from development to production. They automate tasks package the software and deploy it to our clients. Now let's move over to the client facing teams. Here we have: The pre-sales team who are the first point of contact for our potential clients. They qualify leads demo our products and help close deals. The business development team focuses on growing our client base. They identify and develop new business opportunities. The client success team acts as a partner throughout the entire client journey. They onboard new clients provide training and ongoing support and proactively identify ways to help clients achieve their goals with our software. They are the bridge between the client and the software factory ensuring clear communication and maximizing the value clients get from our products. And finally the client delivery and support team. They're all about making sure our clients are successful with our software. They provide training answer questions and troubleshoot any problems that may arise. As you can see we have a dedicated team of professionals working hard to ensure the success of our software products. By working together the software factory and client facing teams keep our clients happy and our business successful..

[Audio] Let's take a closer look at how our Centers of Excellence (CoEs) collaborate with the D&S Department. These two groups work together to ensure our client projects are successful. Here are some key ways they achieve this: Collaborative Project Planning: The CoEs leverage their technical expertise to advise the Portfolio Directors during the planning stages. They help identify potential risks and ensure projects align with our overall business strategy. Knowledge Sharing and Upskilling: The CoEs regularly share their knowledge with the Portfolio Directors through workshops training sessions and ongoing communication. This equips the Portfolio Directors with a deep understanding of the latest advancements in their areas empowering them to better serve clients. Project Execution Support: The CoEs provide ongoing support to project teams throughout the lifecycle. They help troubleshoot technical challenges and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Metrics and Reporting: The CoEs collaborate with the Portfolio Directors to define and track key metrics that measure project success. This data empowers the Portfolio Directors to demonstrate the value of our services to clients and stakeholders. By working together the CoEs and D&S Department ensure our clients benefit from our deep technical knowledge and expertise. This collaborative approach delivers exceptional service and ultimately achieves superior client satisfaction..

[Audio] Now I want to talk about how Centers of Excellence or CoEs for short help our teams here at Axefinance. Imagine a group of all-star athletes from different sports. Each athlete brings their own unique skills and experience to the team. That's kind of like a CoE. CoEs bring together experts from various departments across the company. These experts are like the all-star athletes – they're the best in their field. They work together to share their knowledge and expertise on a specific topic like a certain technology or process. But what are the benefits of having these CoEs? Let me tell you a few ways they make a big difference: Stronger More Consistent Service: CoEs help standardize how we implement solutions for our clients. This ensures a consistent high-quality experience for every client no matter which team they work with. Breaking Down Barriers: CoEs help overcome silos and improve communication between different parts of the company. This means everyone is on the same page and working together towards the same goals. Scaling Up for Success: As Axefinance grows CoEs allow us to scale our delivery efforts efficiently. By sharing best practices and expertise CoEs empower teams to deliver exceptional service even as we take on more clients. Quality You Can Count On: CoEs play a key role in improving the quality and consistency of our service delivery. They ensure our teams are using the latest best practices and technologies leading to better results for our clients. Smarter Knowledge Management: CoEs help reduce the risk of losing valuable knowledge when employees leave the company. They capture and share expertise centrally making it accessible to everyone who needs it. Cost-Effectiveness: By eliminating inefficient and duplicated practices CoEs help us reduce operational costs. This allows us to focus our resources on delivering even greater value to our clients. Continuous Learning: CoEs support both individual and team learning. Team members can tap into the expertise of CoE members to develop their skills and stay up-to-date on the latest advancements. By working together the CoEs client facing teams and software factory teams can all perform at their best – which means we can deliver exceptional service and software to our clients..
