“A Cat Conversation With James and Jeffrey”

Scene 2

It was a lovely afternoon. James and his cat Jeffrey sitting in the orange sofa, watching television in their humble home .

Scene 3

Well, what an interesting display of  energies!

You see Jeffrey, the man in the dark blue displayed the energies of chemical energy and elastic  potential  energy.

Chemical energy being the  muscles  in his  body working as he stretched  the straps of the underwear ,

Then converting into elastic  potential energy being the stretched  underwear

As we had seen from the video, There was work done on the straps of the underwear since it had  moved along with the direction of his force .

However, if he had let go of the underwear, work would be done on the underwear and not  specifically only  on it’s straps.

Scene 4

This  is very enjoyable!  Maybe I could look at more shows and see what other types of energies they  have …

But before that lets make a cup of  tea.,  T o  the kitchen we go Jeffrey!

As we wait for the water to boil, let me explain another type of energy to you  Jeffrey…Thermal/heat energy.

It is quite obvious with its title, but Thermal/heat  energy  is  produced when a  rise temperature  causes atoms and molecules to move faster and collide with each other.

Well, now that we’re done preparing the tea, let’s head back to the living room and watch some shows…

From the looks of it, there seems to have been a gravitational potential energy and kinetic energy used.

By using the cables from the gear, the men create something lik e  a swing.

At the highest point of the men swinging with the cables they have  gravitational potential energy…

Which then converts to kinetic energy as they quickly move downwards …

You know Jeffrey, from all these great shows we’ve watched

I had almost forgotten to mention the  energies  used  for  us to be able to watch all of them

Electrical energy in order to power on the television and the light and sound energy that it converts into
