[Audio] The Bottlenecks, challenges and resolutions One of the bottlenecks and challenges is POVERTY and it's still unresolved so this is how to resolve it – give them skills training, encourage them to finish the program for them to enroll in vocational trainings. Another is lack oof supports from parents and it ws resolved by proper encouragement or explanation to the parents. Next is the negative mindset of parents and barangay officials about ALS program and projects. To resolve this one way is to attend barangay assembly and coordination to barangay council. Another one is the learning environment in which was resolved by using the available barangay facility for conducive environment and also added the resource materials. Inconsistency in attendance in which it was resolved at least by conducting home visits but there are still solution not yet done like creating flexible schedules, providing hybrid learning options, have an incentive programs example for attendance rewards is small prizes. Lastly the limited community support which was resolved by strengthened advocacy campaigns to enhance enrollment and still a solution is to conduct quarterly stakeholder engagement..
