PERFORMANCE: 53 installed or 47% vs target 44 installed DCOS 1 9 installed DCOS 2 10 warm agents ISSUES: Lower plans is not available outside Dumaguete area and subs not interested with GFP Subs are hesitant to use their GCASH/Debit card/Credit Card in paying the 2MSF during the application Subs don't have Gcash or cards Subs prefer to pay the 2MSF after the installation Downtime and new process of DGPON affects the agents activity. Identify areas with facilities Identify NAP with low util Fieldwork with BBSP Agent Social Media posting & boosting Ensure agent deployment based on priority areas, per facility deployment Ensure warm agent deployed on ground Closely monitor agents productivity Ensure all agents are knowledgeable in DGPON process Continue to hire new agents Share the mapped NAP utilization to agents for easier checking and navigation.
