These questions serve to support how apparent a problem is and can actively lead us to feeling worse in our situation, unless we switch into a solution seeking attitude instead.... Response Frame: - Addressing situations more effectively through questions like: What do I want to happen? How would I prefer things to be? What can I do about this? What do I need to do about this?... If I did this, then how could it go? What is one next step? Could I set out a few next steps?.... When am I going to do them? (Be specific. set date and time.)
