It is a commitment to work together in order to facilitate the restoration of secure, progressive and peaceful lives of communities in the CALABARZON Region, helping to ensure that the mission of delivering services to the people is achieved..

[Audio] The Parties have created the 'SIKAP-BUHAY' or 'SIKHAY' project, an initiative to integrate Former Rebels/Rebel Returnees and their families back into society. This project has been undertaken to achieve the government's peace agenda and to assist those who wish to leave conflict and start anew. To this end, the government will provide basic services and social development packages to address the factors that fuel insurgency and other armed conflicts..
