[Audio] First is the Manpower Complement Followed by Fire Safety Inspection Data Then Comparative Inspection and Fire Code Fees Collection Data, Fire Suppression Data, Comparative Fire Suppression Data, OLP Accomplishments, Top 3 Causes of Fire, Top 3 Structural Fire, EMS and Rescue Services Accomplishments, Number of Firetruck per Age Group then last is Best Practices related to mandate..

[Audio] For the manpower complement here is the table that represent the actual manpower of san isirdro fire station.

[Audio] As we can see, the San Isidro Fire Station, is currently have a total of 9 personnel and that's include the OIC, compose of 1 SFO4, 3 FO3, 3 FO2, and 2 FO1. This is a very low percentage compare to the ideal manpower complement base on 2017 OS..

[Audio] Moving to the next, is the Fire Safety Inspection Data of the station.

[Audio] Here is the table of Accomplishment of Fire Safety Inspection Data on the 1st and 2nd quarter of 2025. In the 1st quarter the target inspection is 221, in which we accomplish 499 inspection, almost double with the target, with the percentage of 225.76%. Compare to the 2nd quarter in which the target inspection is 114 , and only 19 inspection is accomplish, that drop to 16.66%. But, for the total of 335 inspection target of the two quarter, we have already inspected and accomplish 518 inspection with an accomplishment percentage of 242.42%..

[Audio] Moving on to this graph, as we can see the inspection target versus the accomplishment is on 37.34%. And here is the top 3, Most inspected occupancies. Number on is Mercantile with 305 inspection 2nd is Business with 77 inspection and the 3rd is the Apartment Buildings with 50 inspection..

[Audio] Now we proceed to Comparative Inspection and Fire Code Fees Collection Data.

[Audio] Here is the comparative Fire Safety Inspection and Fire Code Fees Collection Data, of calendar year 2024 and 2025, in the 1st semester of 2024 combining the two-quarter, the inspection total target is 394, and the total inspected is 452, with a total collection of three hundred forty-six thousand eight hundred thirty-nine pesos. Compare to the year 2025 with the total 335 inspection target and accomplish 518 inspected, with the collection of three hundred twenty-five thousand one hundred sixty-two point fifty-four pesos. Base on the table this year has the increase of inspection while the collection is on a decrease..

[Audio] Here is the table of the Comparison on fire safety inspection conducted with an increase of 14.6 percent and comparative fire code fess collection with the decrease of 6.25 percent..

[Audio] And next is the OPLAN LIGTAS na PAMAYANAN.

[Audio] So far, the San Isidro have on 1 target barangay on CFPP in the 1st quarter, and it's been accomplished. For the Barangay with si-pag the target Barangay is on the 3rd quarter..

[Audio] For the 2nd quarter Activities of O L P all activities is been accomplish with almost ninety plus percent completion rate..

[Audio] Proceeding to the Fire Suppression data of the Station..

[Audio] As we can see there's no Fire Incident that transpired with in 1st semester of this year, so we have no input on this table.

[Audio] Here is the table presenting the comparison of the three consecutive year from year 2023, 2024 and 2025..

[Audio] So far, the San Isidro Fire Station is negative on Structural Fire in the 1st semester of the year..

[Audio] Currently the San Isidro Fire Station has 1 Serviceable fire truck and 1 unserviceable with the total of two fire truck. No Ambulance and no Rescue truck.

[Audio] The San Isidro Fire station personnel actively participated on the Annual Municipal Inter Agency Basketball Tournament hosted by the Local Government Unit of San Isidro..

[Audio] Also participated in the conduct of Barangay assessment for the Kalinisan sa Bagong Pilipinas, for the 1st quarter calendar year 2025 led by the DILG.

[Audio] The San Isidro Fire Station also actively joined, the Celebration of 71st Founding Anniversary of the Municipality..
