2. The interest rate of this loan will be 7 per annum. From time to time, BRAC may increase or decrease the rate of interest. 3. The loan will be repaid within 72 Months (Maximum) in equal monthly instalment (EMI) of Taka 2,557 (Two Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-seven) only from monthly salary of the loanee. 4. In case of job separation of the loanee from BRAC, before repaying the entire loan amount (principal and interest), due to resignation, retirement, termination, redundancy or for any other reason; BRAC will have the right to realize the loan amount (principal and interest) from final settlement of the loanee. In case of the final settlement amount not being sufficient to repay the loan amount (principal and interest) in full, the loanee will be bound to repay the remaining amount to BRAC before getting release order. 5. In case of the reason mentioned in Sl. No. 4 or for any other reason, the loanee fails to or refuses to repay the loan, then BRAC will have the right to take legal action against the loanee. 6. The rules and regulations of BRAC "Motorcycle Loan(Official)" policy will be the integral part of this agreement. In signing this agreement, the 1st party (Loanee) indicates an understanding of and intention to follow the policy requirements and any other future modification or additional/supplementary policy made by BRAC regarding the "Motorcycle Loan(Official)" Policy.
