The 2-day activity of Philippine Army Council of Sergeants Major Year-End Consultative Meeting 2025 in conjunction with the 30th Philippine Army Non-Commissioned Officer Week Celebration was met. With this activity, the Office of the Army Sergeant Major through the Philippine Army Non-Commissioned Officer Council in collaboration with the Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Personnel, OG1, PA; and the Office of the Financial Management, OG10, PA had imparted to the participants the knowledge of our Resource Speakers/Subject Matter Experts. And the objectives of this activity are the following… To apprise Senior Enlisted Leaders on the latest CGPAs Command Guidance focusing in Human Capital Development; and to provide and disseminate updates from the GPS&T Staff on the Current PA Thrust and Programs, latest policies, directives and guidelines beneficial to the troops; To develop leadership, strengthen relationships, align enlisted leaders' goals with organizational objectives, review past achievements, and foster a culture of excellence, resilience, unity, and commitment; To provides a platform for strategic dialogue, professional growth, and enhancing the effectiveness of PA Senior Enlisted Leaders; and To discuss the issues and concerns affecting their performance and recommend solution to higher authority if necessary..
