[Audio] Today, we will be holding the Closing Ceremony for the Philippine Army Council of Sergeants Major Year-End Consultative Meeting and 30th PA NCO Week Celebration. The theme of this activity is “Pagtataguyod ng Liderato at Pagtatag ng Ugnayan para sa Kinabukasan ng Hukbong Katihan” which focuses on developing leadership and strengthening relationships among our enlisted leaders. During this event, we will also be discussing the current CGPA Command Guidance and Human Capital Development. Updates on the Current PA Thrust and Programs, as well as any new policies, directives, and guidelines will be provided by our GPS&T Staff for the benefit of our troops. This is also a platform for strategic dialogue, professional growth, and enhancing the effectiveness of our PA Senior Enlisted Leaders. We will review our past achievements and align our goals with the objectives of our organization, with the aim of promoting a culture of excellence, resilience, unity, and commitment among our enlisted leaders. Finally, we will address any issues and concerns that may be affecting our performance and make recommendations for higher authorities if necessary. Our hope is that this activity will be productive and beneficial for all of us as we continue to work towards a better and stronger Philippine Army..

This is a longstanding tradition in the Philippine Army that represents unity, patriotism, and respect for our nation. At this ceremony, PA personnel come together to raise the national flag, symbolizing our dedication to serving our country and upholding the values of the Filipino people. We are also grateful to have the PAMU Sergeants Major in attendance, as their presence showcases the strong leadership and discipline within our army hierarchy. Their guidance and example have contributed to the continued success and excellence of our army. These manuals have played a crucial role in enhancing our operational readiness and professionalism. Our representative will further emphasize the importance of continuous training and adaptation to modern warfare challenges. Moving forward, it is crucial to keep up with technological advancements. That is why ongoing curriculum review is necessary to ensure that our soldiers are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge. In addition, fostering greater collaboration among various military units is essential to achieving our goals. Our representative will also stress the importance of doctrinal flexibility, which allows us to effectively respond to evolving security threats.
