The theme of this activity is “Pagtataguyod ng Liderato at Pagtatag ng Ugnayan para sa Kinabukasan ng Hukbong Katihan” which focuses on developing leadership and strengthening relationships among our enlisted leaders. During this event, we will also be discussing the current CGPA Command Guidance and Human Capital Development. Updates on the Current PA Thrust and Programs, as well as any new policies, directives, and guidelines will be provided by our GPS&T Staff for the benefit of our troops. This is also a platform for strategic dialogue, professional growth, and enhancing the effectiveness of our PA Senior Enlisted Leaders. We will review our past achievements and align our goals with the objectives of our organization, with the aim of promoting a culture of excellence, resilience, unity, and commitment among our enlisted leaders. Finally, we will address any issues and concerns that may be affecting our performance and make recommendations for higher authorities if necessary.
