[Audio] As an employee who values fairness and transparency in compensation decisions, I would like to bring to your kind attention my concern regarding the recent salary increment distribution. It has come to my notice that staff members have received increments of 25%, 20%, and 13%, while workers and guards have received around 9%. However, my increment has been only 7%.
